This is the same package as the 500mW RV PLUS package with one important addition: a 16 foot active USB extension cable.
When you need to move your USB Adapter away from your computer you need to use an ACTIVE USB 2.0 repeater / extension cable in order to avoid electrical timing / communication issues that will arise if you use a standard USB 1.0/2.0 extension cable.
