Netgate is working to improve all aspects of our business. This includes the way in which our equipment is packaged and delivered to you. Please let us know if there was a problem with the shipping box or the internal packaging of the product. We'll use your input to improve our packing and delivery processes. For example, if your shipping box was too small, too big, was received crushed or otherwise mangled. We're also interested to know if we need to add more bubble wrap around delicate items, or tag them in some way to ensure they are easily found when you unpack your merchandise.
