When we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@netgate.com with the subject line: Order Shipped. Tracking Numbers are included along with a Track Here link which will take you to fedex.com. If you do not see an email from support@netgate.com, please check your SPAM folder then contact us with your order number so we may investigate any delays on your behalf.
Did you know you can track packages by typing the tracking number for your UPS, Fedex or USPS package directly into your Google search box? They'll return results that include quick links to easily track the status of your shipment.
You can also go directly to the FedEx Tracking Page or you can even e-mail track@fedex.com with your tracking # in the body of your message and they'll email you back. Neat.
